Delivery took approx 60 days to receive. Packaging was done with care to assure both the coupler and frost ripper arrived in great shape. My excavator is an older machine and this manufacture was able to make the coupler with the correct pin diameters and width so everything fit with no modifications. This has been a great experience with excellent communications. Would rate them a 5 out of 5 and would buy from them again.
